Wimzle is operated by WIMZLE LLC.

Information used to run the game

We use a session cookie to remember guest players and room membership. We store nicknames, prompts, guesses, game results and generated images to run the game. Signing in with Google gives us a verified email address and account identifier through Amazon Cognito. Your Google password is not shared with Wimzle.

We keep credit balances, purchases, subscription periods and transaction records. Stripe processes payment details; Wimzle does not store your full card number. Infrastructure logs may include network identifiers, request details and errors used for security and troubleshooting.

Service providers and public images

Amazon Web Services hosts the application, storage and authentication. Google provides sign-in, Stripe processes billing, and OpenRouter and its selected image provider process image prompts. AWS Bedrock supports gameplay matching. These services may process information outside your country under their own policies and our service arrangements.

Images from completed multiplayer games may appear on our public homepage. The gallery does not publish player names, room codes or prompt text. Image content itself may still reveal something you included in a prompt. Do not submit private or sensitive information.

Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies support sessions and sign-in. Browser storage remembers guest entry and puzzle progress. Clearing it can remove local progress. The game does not currently use advertising trackers.

Retention and requests

Game rooms expire after inactivity. Guest wallet records are scheduled to expire after 30 days, guest budget counters after three days, and generated image files after 30 days. Homepage eligibility lasts up to 48 hours. Storage expiration is asynchronous and cached copies may remain temporarily. Account, credit and billing records have no automatic expiry; we review deletion requests while retaining records needed for payments, disputes, security and legal obligations.

To request access, correction, account deletion or removal of an image, email support@wimzle.com. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. Third-party providers may retain their own records under their policies.
