Terms of use

Wimzle is operated by WIMZLE LLC.

Playing Wimzle

Wimzle is an AI picture-guessing game. Generated images and automated matching can be imperfect. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, exploitation, or attempts to bypass usage limits or access another player’s private information.

Your prompts and images

Only submit content you are entitled to use. Do not include private information about yourself or others. You permit Wimzle and its service providers to process your submissions to run the game and display generated images to the players. Images from completed multiplayer games may also be displayed in the homepage gallery. Contact support to report content or request removal.

AI outputs may resemble other material. We do not promise that an image is unique, copyright-protected or suitable for commercial reuse.

Free games and credits

One eligible player covers a multiplayer game for the room. Each guest browser session or signed-in account can cover one free game per UTC day, subject to shared generation limits. Joining and guessing do not consume a free game. One image credit funds one generated image; retries that cost credits are identified before you choose them.

Purchases and cancellation

A $5 USD pack adds 100 nonexpiring image credits. A $5 USD monthly subscription renews monthly and adds 200 image credits per billing period; unused monthly credits do not roll over. Monthly credits are used before purchased credits. Checkout shows the charge before payment.

Manage payments and cancel through Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; monthly credits remain available until the current period ends. See the refund policy for payment issues. Test-mode checkout does not charge real money.

Service and support

Generation may be delayed or unavailable, and unsafe prompts may be rejected. We may restrict abusive activity and review disputed payments. Contact support for help. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
